As far as Gazex Kft was the most active futures trader on CEEGEX derivatives marketplace. There were unprecedented financial requirements from Keler CCP.
Without further comments, we have terminated PhF contract keeping just Spot market access.
Please allow us to note that the e-mail address the sender used for the respective e-mail forwarded to us by Gazex, is no longer used and was not even in use for correspondence by the Company on 22 September 2017.
The referred email of GECX Group Hungary Kft, our former business partner, is replete of misstatements of facts and unfounded accusations. We consider such an email as a wrongful attack against our company’s reputation and lawful business interests. We believe that such a behaviour not only goes far beyond the generally accepted principles of business ethics, which is against the interest of all fair market players, but also violates our company’s reputation and business secrets. The Company will make all lawful measures against Mr. Sawczuk and GECX Group Hungary Kft to seek remediation and to protect its lawful interests.
We hope that this incident will not shadow our business relationship.
